Order Modifications & Cancellations
Our fulfillment engine is designed for high-speed processing. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately locked and routed to the packing queue.

We cannot intercept, modify, cancel, or combine orders once checkout is complete. * Please verify your cart contents, component compatibility, and shipping address carefully before finalizing your transaction.
Reporting an Issue (Incorrect Components)
We utilize a rigorous isolation and sorting process, but if a physical error occurs on our end, we will correct it immediately at our expense. To file a claim for an incorrect component, your email must include:

A clear photograph of the items you received alongside your packing slip. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of carrier delivery confirmation.
Inventory, Restocks, and Pricing
To keep our catalog accurate and our processing lean, we operate under the following parameters:

Restocks: We operate a strict "In-Hand Only" model. If a component is out of stock, it will be restocked only when a new factory kit is physically processed by our team. We do not accept pre-orders, maintain waitlists, or reserve components.

Custom Requests: We sell items exactly as they are photographed and listed. We do not take custom clipping requests or break down existing component lots.

Pricing & Offers: Our pricing structure is fixed to ensure we can continue subsidizing flat-rate and free shipping thresholds. We do not negotiate prices, accept offers, or respond to haggling inquiries.
