We operate a high-velocity, precision components engine, and we back our inventory completely. If a part doesn't work for your special project, we make sending it back completely risk-free.

Our Guarantee:

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Free Return Shipping: We pay for the return label. You will never pay out of pocket to send an item back to us.

• No Restocking Fees: You will receive a full refund for the returned items. We do not skim restocking fees off the top.

• No Final Sale Items: Every component in our catalog is eligible for return.

The Single Rule (Original Condition): We only ask that you return the component exactly as you received it. The item must be unmodified, unpainted, and unclipped. If a part has been glued, sanded, primed, or integrated into a miniature, it is no longer eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return: Simply email us at noesattic@gmail.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to send back. We will generate your free prepaid shipping label and email it directly to you. Once the tracking shows the unclipped component has been received at our facility, your full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
