The "In-Hand Only" Fulfillment Guarantee
At Noe’s Attic, we operate a high-velocity logistics pipeline specifically for tabletop miniature components and special projects. We do not drop-ship, and we do not list pre-orders. Every single item listed on our site is in-hand, quality-controlled, and physically ready to ship from our facility. Because our inventory is already processed, orders enter the fulfillment queue immediately upon checkout.
Order Minimums
To maintain the efficiency of our processing engine and keep overall component costs low, Noe’s Attic requires a strict $10.00 USD minimum cart subtotal (prior to shipping and taxes) to process an order. The checkout system will not permit transactions below this threshold.
Standard Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We utilize a predictable, streamlined shipping matrix to ensure clear project costs without calculation surprises at checkout.

Standard Flat-Rate Freight: All standard domestic orders below the free shipping threshold ship for a predictable $5.99 flat-rate fee, regardless of component quantity.

Fast and Free at $33: We actively subsidize shipping for heavy project builders. Any order with a subtotal of $33.00 USD or greater automatically qualifies for Fast and Free standard shipping. The $5.99 fee will be automatically waived at checkout.
Order Combination & Processing Velocity
Our fulfillment center operates at a high rate of speed to ensure components reach you as fast as possible.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately routed to our packing stations.

We cannot guarantee the interception or combination of multiple separate orders placed by the same user. Please finalize your project build list and ensure all necessary parts are in your cart before completing checkout to accurately trigger your shipping tiers.
Incorrect Deliveries or Carrier Issues
We pride ourselves on precision extraction and sorting. If a physical error occurs on our end (e.g., the wrong component was packed), we will correct the error immediately at our expense and cover all associated return and replacement shipping costs. Claims for incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of carrier delivery confirmation.
