Terms of Service – Noe’s Attic

1. General Store Operations & Order Thresholds

Welcome to Noe’s Attic. We operate as a high-volume, specialized retail hub providing 

4. Returns & Component Accuracy We stand by the precision of our clipping and the quality of our inventory. To ensure you can build your projects with absolute confidence, Noe’s Attic offers a completely frictionless return process.

  • 30-Day Window: We accept returns on all items for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Free Return Shipping: If a component doesn't fit your build or you simply changed your mind, we cover the cost. We will provide a free return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Zero Friction: We do not charge restocking fees, and we do not have any "final sale" restrictions. Every part we sell is fully returnable.

  • Original Condition Requirement: To protect our inventory integrity, the component must be returned in its exact original condition. It must be unpainted, unmodified, and unclipped from its immediate sprue connection (if applicable). We do not accept returns on components that have been glued, sanded, or actively used in a build.

3. Shipping Mechanics & Freight Subsidies

We utilize a predictable, streamlined shipping matrix to ensure fair carrier pricing and clear project costs.

  • Standard Flat-Rate Freight: All standard domestic orders below the free shipping threshold are subject to a predictable $5.99 flat-rate shipping and handling fee.

  • Fast and Free at $33: Noe’s Attic actively subsidizes shipping for heavy project builders. Orders with a subtotal of $33.00 USD or greater automatically qualify for Fast and Free standard shipping at checkout.

  • Order Combination: Because our fulfillment engine operates at high velocity, we cannot guarantee the interception and combination of multiple separate orders placed by the same user. Please finalize your project list before completing checkout.

4. Returns & Component Accuracy

We stand by the quality of our processed inventory and accept returns to ensure you get exactly what you need for your builds.

  • To be eligible for a return, the component must be returned in its exact original condition, unmodified, unpainted, and unclipped.

  • If you initiate a return because a component does not fit your project or was ordered by mistake, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original $5.99 flat-rate shipping charge is non-refundable.

  • If a physical error occurs on our end (e.g., the wrong component was packed), we will correct the error immediately at our expense and cover all associated return and replacement shipping costs. Claims for incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of carrier delivery confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property & Nominative Use

Noe’s Attic is a completely independent secondary-market retail brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any primary manufacturer.

  • Any brand names, trademarks, or product lines mentioned in our listings are used strictly under the legal doctrine of Nominative Fair Use. They are utilized solely to identify the original source kit that the component was legally extracted from.

  • We sell aftermarket, first-sale doctrine components for your hobby and "special projects." We do not manufacture recast parts, nor do we claim ownership over the underlying intellectual property of the original creators.

6. Account Integrity & Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, canceling orders that trip our automated fraud analysis, orders attempting to bypass our cart limits, or behavior that violates the operational integrity of our store.
